4. If you are unhappy with the outcome then Rob Scott should be made aware of this in writing within 7 days, where further advise will be taken

Being a courier company means that we have access to names and addresses of our clients and in turn, of their customers to whom we deliver.

Please be advised that it is our policy not pass on any details to any third parties. Should any member of our staff be found doing so, they will be disciplined accordingly.

We are now registered with the ICO and have been placed on the Data Protection Register our registration number is Z1598404.

Our Insurance cover:

We have Public Liability Insurance in place up to £1,000,000 and our own Goods in Transit cover, we will cover your goods up to the value of £200 per delivery. In addition to this we now have Employers Liability cover up to £10,000,000
